Images are infused onto the surface of .045” ChromaLuxe® aluminum that has been treated with a special dye sublimation coating. The transferring of ink onto the metal surface takes place under high temperature and pressure – creating a clear, crisp, vibrant, and durable print.

My Metal Prints are made with Chromaluxe Metal. These panels are coated using state-of-the-art coating machines in the USA. Unfortunately, the coating sometimes contains small imperfections, for instance, small bumps or pits. We inspect each sheet very carefully and if there are imperfections we place them in the most unobtrusive parts of the image. We cannot remake Metal Prints due to these imperfections unless they are located in a very prominent part of the image. Chromaluxe Metal Prints are weatherproof and moisture proof, but they will scratch and fade like a normal photograph, so please avoid direct sunlight or abrasive handling of the metal panels.
