Payment Methods

All major credit cards and Paypal are accepted through secure checkout.


Shipping

Shipping is $10 per order for orders going to U.S. locations.

International shipping is not yet available.


Production times:

Prints – 1 to 2 business days.
Canvas – 3 business days.
Metal – 3 business days.
Framed Prints – 7 to 10 business days.
Wood Pallets – 2 to 3 business days.

Items are shipped via:
Speedy Delivery
USPS 
Fed Ex Ground 
UPS Ground 

Small and medium sized prints (up to 11×14) are professionally packaged in rigid mailers to ensure safe delivery.

Large photos (16×20 and up) will be shipped in a tube or protective box.

Tracking number will be included upon shipment.
 

Damages


It doesn’t happen often, but damage while artwork is in-transit can
occur.  If this happens, please take photos of the damage upon arrival
and contact me within 7 days and I’ll send a replacement free of charge.

 

Returns and Refunds

If you aren’t satisfied with your artwork for any reason please let me know. Often an issue can be easily corrected.  If this is the case, a free replacement will be issued.

Returns are accepted. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship the
items back within 30 days of delivery. Once the items are received by
me a full refund will be issued.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. It is strongly encouraged that the buyer ships
the item back using a method that includes a tracking number.

Due to the specialized nature of custom orders, returns for customized items will not be possible.


Cancellations

Cancellations will be considered, but in order to provide quick
turnaround times, orders are sent into production very quickly. If an
order is already in production at the time of the request, a
cancellation will not be granted.

Chris Olson Photography  only uses information provided within the

transaction to fulfill your order. This includes your name and shipping
address.


Chris Olson Photography does not receive credit card
information. Transactions are securely handled through Stripe and
Paypal.

I rely on the information provided by you to fulfill
your order, determine applicable taxes (if necessary), settle disputes
and provide customer service.

The privacy of your information is
very important, and your name and address will only be shared with my
stated vendors, if necessary, to complete your order.

I retain your name and address for record keeping and tax purposes for seven years.

You
have the right to request access, change, restrict, or delete the
information I hold about you by contacting me. These requests will
mostly be granted except for those where data must be retained for legal
reasons.
