Chris Olson Photography is committed to customer satisfaction and producing high-quality photographic art. Please review our return policy below:

Returns

We accept returns only in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

To request a return:

• Contact us at info@chrisolsonprints.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number, photos of the damage or defect, and a description of the issue.
• We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Returned items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• Returned in original or secure packaging

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom-printed nature of our photographic artwork, returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, size dissatisfaction, or color differences (due to screen calibration) are not accepted.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a full refund (excluding shipping) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
